1）Check-in 3:00 p.m./check-out 10:00 a.m.
2）Please use
the outdoor shower first if you have sand over your body.
3）The reception
closes at 9:00pm each night.
The guest room corridor lights are turned off
at 11:00pm every evening.
4)After checking in the room key becomes the
responsibility of the
guest until check-out.
5)Please take care of
valuables as the hotel is not responsible for lost
items from the
rooms.
6)All visitors (apart from guests) must wait at reception.This must
be
strictly adhered to and failure to do so will result in the hotel
telephoning
the police.
7)No smoking near or on the beds and please
dispose of garbage in the
appropriate bins.
8)For any damage or missing
items from the room,
please notify the reception ASAP.
9)Guests
checking out early must leave the room key at reception.
10)Please leave
rooms clean and tidy upon checking out. Excessive
untidiness will not be
tolerated.
11)When the reception at the main building is unattended,
please use the buzzer.
12)All the rooms are self-service and should
you require cleans sheets,
please ask at reception.Sheets are limited to
one change per day.
The hotel staff will not enter any room while quests
are staying.
13)We do not supply meals, sauces or condiments.
14)The use
of fireworks past 10:00pm is not permitted. Sky rockets or
rocket
propelled fireworks are strictly forbidden.
15)We can organize a delivery
service for luggage
however; unfortunately they cannot take surf boards.
16)Any guest that hinders or becomes a nuisance to other
guests will
be asked to leave.Any guest that acts in a manner that
violates japanese
law will be asked to leave.

Surfing & Body boarding
|
|
1)The wearing of wet wetsuits inside the hotel
is not permitted.
Please use the facilities outside the main building to
wash sand or salt
water of either surf boards or body boards.
2)Do not enter outside baths while wearing wetsuits.
3)Before entering beths,
please use the outside showers first to
wash off sea water or sand.
4)There is a designated area to dry your wetsuits and feel free to ask
reception if you are not sure of the location. 5)Please do not enter
the
hotel with sand on your body.
* The season that an outside bathroom located outside Maine can take advantage of is only the next season.

Barbecue rules/General information

■Barbecue rules
1)Please notify reception
first before having a BBQ.
2)You have to reserve the BBQ space and
unfortunately only
hotel guests are allowed.
3)The BBQ must be
finished by 10:00am.
Unfortunately in the case of bad weather,
there are no facilities. 4)Due to only having one area for BBQ'S,
it is
important to reserve first. 5)BBQ tools are the responsibility of the
guests as we do not supply BBO accessories.
■General
information
1)Surf boards are not permitted inside the hotel or guest
rooms.
2)There is a coin laundry outside the main building guest room
corridor.
3)Please feel free to use the outside bath which is located outside the
main
building.Please be understanding to the fact that no
reservation is needed
however, it is a case of first in best dressed
so-to-speak

Request for producing of passports,
etc. for identification purposes |

Since April 1, 2005, under the relevant laws and regulations, the Japanese
Government is requiring “foreign nationals who do not possess an address in
Japan” to provide their ＊nationality and ＊passport
number in addition to their ＊name, ＊address, and ＊occupation, etc. and
produce and make a copy of their passport upon checking in at lodgings. Your
understanding and cooperation is appreciated.

Our Guests enjoyment is of course very important
to us and we hope
you as our guest will also be considerate of other
guests.
The walls between guest rooms are not that thick and you would be
surprised at how easily your voices will carry.
Check-out can be put back
however there is a surcharge of 1,000 yen per hour.
The latest check-out
possible is 12 noon. Please be sure to notify
the reception ASAP.
Hotel
guest can use the parking lot until 3:00 p.m.
after having checked out. And
the rate is 1,000 yen.
Unfortunately due to other guests arriving, the latest
you can use
the car park is to 3:00pm.
Should you wish to use the car
park after checking out, please notify
the reception and make sure to
display the
car park ticket no your car dashboard.
