Mt. Fuji was designated as a World Natural Heritage site by UNESCO, in June 2013.

March, 2014

I, a foreign trade & overseas business consultant, became an interpreter tour guide in 2014, certified and licensed by Japanese government.

April, 2014

I, set up this English Website and look forward to having opportunities given by foreign tourists and/or business persons visiting Japan shortly, to provide them with service as an interpreter tour guide or a business assistant.

Ｑ．What a superb scenery ! Where is this location ?

A. This place is neither Shizuoka-Pref. nor Kyoto, but it must be one of prefectures neibouring Mt. Fuji, where
you can enjoy such a spectacular view that has Mt.Fuji and a five-storied pagoda altogether. It's surely worth enjoying the double values of seeing the two fantastic objects in a sight.

Ｑ．Is the parading person a male ?

Ａ．All male members are parading in the procession on the street, having the two long swords, at the  "Shimada-Taisai" a historical festival which takes place every three years in Shimada city, Shizuoka-Pref., 
in the middle of the month of October. It's a quite unique festival which commeorates a historical customs
of Shimada city in the Edo period that the bridegrooms used to parade the neighborhood to show around the colorful and beautiful fastening wide-belts of valuable and heavy KIMONOs, which their brides brought to the 
wedding with the guys who originally lived in Shimada city.

Ｑ．Do you see what the guy wears ?

Ａ． A photo of one of the parading members, dressed in a traditional costume, at the "Shimada-Taisai" festival that has been continuously held over 200 years, as one of Japan's most unique and eccentric festivals. The guys have two colorful kimono's wide-belts hung down from the two long sword attached to right and left waist.
